Congratulations ACE Academy for raising $35,000!!!
We are beyond grateful to everyone who contributed to this year’s Academy for Creating Excellence Fall Fundraiser. Thanks to the incredible support of “The Funk Docket” and the generous sponsorship of Schroeter Goldmark Bender, we raised over $35,000—surpassing our $30,000 goal!
The evening was unforgettable, from the PreFunk kickoff to the electrifying live concert. We’re also thrilled to share that “The Funk Docket” took home the overall win for the 2nd year in a row! They truly lit up the stage.
A heartfelt thank you to Craig Sims—your leadership and dedication made this event a success. We couldn’t have done it without your support!
Special shoutout to everyone who donated, joined us at happy hour, or came out to the concert, as well as to our dedicated board members who helped everything run seamlessly. We appreciate you more than words can say!

Nominate your ACE Champion of the Month
ACE will be highlighting young Black men each month as ACE Champions. These are individuals who embody the Values and mission of ACE ACademy.
Each month, we honor individuals who embody ACE Academy’s mission of empowering and uplifting Black Males.
At ACE Academy, we aim to empower young Black men, educators, and BIPOC communities through equitable access to education, leadership development, and cultural representation, fostering success on both a local and global scale.
