Brothers in Education Summit

This past March 8th, 2025, ACE Academy celebrated their 3rd annual Black Male Educator Summit at the puget sound educational service district in renton,wa.

This summit is a unique opportunity for black male educators to come together, share experiences, and inspire one another. Whether you're a Black Male Teacher, administrator, or aspiring educator, this summit is for you!

At the Black Male Educator Summit, you'll have the chance to attend engaging workshops, listen to thought-provoking panel discussions, and network with like-minded individuals who are passionate about education. Our lineup of speakers includes renowned educators, industry leaders, and inspiring figures who will share their insights and expertise.

Attendees will take part in several workshops hosted by captivating professionals and have the opportunity to learn new strategies to build effective classrooms, coursework, and ideologies for students of color, while improving their own personal development.

Embodied in all aspects of Black Educator Summit, are the ACE FAME beliefs to prepare men for excellence through the core values of family, academics, motivation, environment. Attendees will have the opportunity to:

  • Expand their knowledge of classroom management and employment advancement

  • Address and implore daily the benefit of dismantling racial inequalities within the educational system

  • Implement strategies that promote effective programs

  • Create partnerships and network

  • Interact with educators from other schools, backgrounds

This year's summit is designed to equip, inspire, and connect educators who are transforming classrooms, schools, and communities through intentional practice, leadership, and collective action. Through engaging workshops, powerful keynote speakers, networking opportunities, and authentic conversations, attendees will gain practical strategies and meaningful connections to strengthen their impact.
